I think truthfully if we go waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back to the past, first known name would be something like Ah. I think this because way back in time, language didnt exist right? So sound comes first and therefore I think Ah was the first. I think xD

As Sumerian is the oldest written language in the world, I would suppose that some Sumerian name must be the oldest we have record of. The Epic of Gilgamesh is the oldest intact complete story in the world, so names from it, like Gilgamesh and Enkidu, would be close to the oldest recorded names.
