I like the pronunciation of Nastassiya (nuh-stah-cee-uh)
I like the spelling Nastassia (prn nuh-stah-shuh)
Which should I use? Why? If I use the Nastassia spelling can I pronounce it like Nastassiya?

I'd say go with the spelling you prefer. I would still pronounce Nastassia as nuh-stah-cee-uh. Perhaps some people will pronounce it the other way, but you can always correct them. I just think Nastassia looks better than Nastassiya.

You sould be fine with the -ia ending. Example why: Marcia. My mother's generation would have pronounced it "Mar-sha" (think Brady Bunch.) Anyone my age would pronounce it "Mar-cee-a".
