Elizabeth / Elisabeth is gorgeous! But, Mykel etc., I have to be honest, it's awful. I dislike all the spelling's, and I strongly dislike the use of a boy's name on a girl.
Leave Michael as it is. If you want it to be feminine, then use a feminine name. How about Michal, pronounced MEE-khal? The 'khal' part is pron. like "kel', and the nn Kellie definately works
