Honestly, I think it is very unattractive. Adding the Y doesnt make it look feminine, it makes it look butchered. Michael is currently the number 2 most popular baby boys name. Think about how your daughter will feel having such a common boys name. There are other feminine forms of the name Michael you could use, such as Michaela (pronounced like Mikayla), or you would spell is Mikaela if you prefer. Also there is Michelle.
