I agree, it is too much Ann for a sibset.
Anneliese is too common, but I'd use it if it had any significance to whomever I marry. Annika, on the other hand, I love and would definitely use if I had the chance. It goes along with my heritage and I have an Aunt Anne for a namesake. Plus it's just pretty. ^_^

I'm actually using this name for a story I'm writing, full name: Annika Gretchen Norling.
