Janine, Jeanine, Jeannine, Janeane, and on and on. :-) It's one of those names that you can do a lot to with the spelling. Even if the pronunciation are supposed to be slightly different (like with Jeannine and Janine, I think) they usually come out the same when people say them here in the US, I find.

I also knew a Gennine. I thought it looked horrible but it did suit her.

There's also . . .Joneen, Johneen and Jonene (also having a slightly different pronunciation).:-)
