Ooh, I've always liked Milena. I think it's cute and very uncommon, without being weird. Mila makes a cute nickname, but if I were to use Milena, I'd just use Mila as a pet name.

I love Milena, its so pretty, kind of romantic.

I like Milania better with nn Mila but this is a less flowery sounding name. It's nice!
