[Opinions] Zoelyn
What do you think about the newbie "Zoelyn"? It's a Zoe and Lyn combo. Do you think it fits?

Just yet another boringly trendy very common Lyn name to me,

I personally don't care for it, nor for the whole crop of other -lyn names I'm hearing everywhere (Evelyn & Rosalyn being exceptions). "I can't say I was ever lost, but I was bewildered once for three days." -Daniel Boone, American explorer

It's too much. Zoe is a nice name. Why must -lyn be unnecessarily plunked onto its end?

No, nms, not much for "new" combination names.
I would advise Zoe Lyn / Lynn

It's not a "newbie", it's just a made-up name. Take any random name + Lynn = me gagging. ~Heather~

It's just another name pushed together with lyn. When will this trend stop? Zoe is perfectly lovely on it's own.

It looks jumbled to me. It would be fine as a first name/middle name combo though (Zoe Lynn).

First thing that popped into my mind? "Oh crap, first we have Katelyn. Then Kaylyn and Faithlyn. Now Zoelyn?!"Zoelyn's just another trendy -lyn name to me. Zoë is an ancient, beautiful name with a very nice meaning; it was even borne by one Byzantine empress and two saints, and was also used as the Greek translation of Eve once-upon-a-time. It certainly doesn't need the pointless, meaningless -lyn ending to be a wonderful name.

Unusual, probably not something I would name my child but its not that bad. I would prefer Zoe with Lyn as a mn. :P

I don't like it. Zoe and Lyn are both fine, if not at all my style, but together, they're really eh and trendoid.Array

I can't say that I particularly like that combination. Zoe is more tolerable, although I don't really like that name either.
