I've never seen or heard this before! It is kind of interesting. My first instinct was to pronounce it "sha-no-a", the other just seems a bit awkward. I also like Noa & Noah for a girl!

Hmm I also thought about changing the spelling to Shanoa or Shanoah. I don't know...I googled it and there seems to be an actress with the name. After some more googling I found out her mom named her after her friend Sian. And added the Noah because that would have been her name had she been a boy.I actually hoped it would have a bit more of a history and meaning but I guess the meaning could be taken from Sian + Noa/h as in Annabeth (= Anna + Beth) or Annemarie (= Anne + Marie).It's a very pretty name. Her mom was good at making up names, I hardly ever encounter newly made up names that beautiful.
