I love it! It's my favorite feminine George name. I think it's very fresh and fun and upbeat, but it's quite regal at the same time. I love the nickname possibilities too-- Georgie, Gina, and Nina are all great.

Unfortunately I've never found a combo I totally love, and haven't really tried to in months. My old favorites were Georgina Rue and Georgina Violet, for what it's worth.
