While Billy Blu isn't my style, it's a name that I could at least live with. I wouldn't *hate* introducing myself as Billy (that is, if I were male!), though I'd much rather my name be William...
Vixen, on the other hand, is a completely different story, for all the reasons mentioned by previous posters. :/
Olympia, I kind of like. I think that it works as a substitute for Olivia, and she could always go by Ollie or Pia if it was "too much name". Do you happen to know her middle name, if she has one?
Overall, a very, very, very mismatched sibset.
