So, I think this will be a fun little experiment. Most of the NTNBs I’ve seen, participated in, or hosted are timeless – they take place in the “now.” One might have to look at the popularities of the ‘20s or something like that, but, to me, they don’t have a sense of time. And time, as we all know, has a huge impact on names that parents choose.
Therefore, I only ask that, along with the specific naming rules of each family, please keep in mind the time period (and place, as that will probably help) each family is living in. For instance, in the Wheeler family, a ‘Jack’ would be completely inappropriate; a ‘Jack’ might be appropriate for the Benjamin family, though; and only a ‘John nn Jack’ would be appropriate for the Cutler family.
There are only three families, and I tried to make them as different as possible, so that there would be few repeats in names. Let’s face it, though, there are certain names that are appropriate for all three families because they are universally timeless.
I’d love to do several rounds, but that will depend on the amount of response I get.
Happy Naming! :)

The Cutler Family
DH: Lord Theodore William “Theo” Cutler [38]
DW: Lady Charlotte Sarah (nee Weymouth) Cutler [24]
DD: Victoria Regina “Vi” Cutler [6]
DS: Theodore Albert “Dorian” Cutler [4]
DD: ___ ___ Cutler [nb]
1845: Lord Theodore Cutler is the captain of a “shipful of dastardly rogues” in Victorian England. In other words, he is a pirate. He was the younger son of the former Lord Cutler, and so, with a thirst for adventure, he set to the high seas. After he had made his fortune and become “Captain Cutler the Bloodthirsty” of the pirate ship
Vengeance, he returned home, only to find his family estate had been passed into his hands by the passing of his father and brother. Richer than he’d ever thought he’d be, Theo went to London to seek a bride. There, he found Miss Charlotte Weymouth, an outspoken, funny young woman who stole his heart. They were married as soon as possible. And, though he was very happy with his wife and family, Theo continued his pirating, returning home as often as possible. Thus, the Cutlers’ second daughter’s birth is well-spaced from their son’s.
Dorian and Charlotte have decided to name this daughter after Charlotte and after Theodore’s mother, Lady Anne Sophia (nee Babcock) Cutler. If Charlotte is their daughter’s Christian name, they will need a nickname to call her, so things don’t get confusing.
