In German, the CH can have two different pronunciations [ç] (like the H in the English hue) and [x] (like the Spanish J), according to positions and to dialects, and in some dialects it also appears the sound [k]. The [x] can sound like [k] to speakers of languages whithout that sound, so probably this is the case with Micha.
