While I don't like any of these names separately (apart from James) they are both classics and have good flow.
Steven is honoring after her brother, as is probably James and honoring gets a big + in my book.

I bet Levi will get more popular (it was #88 in 2009 in the US) what with actor Matthew McConaughey and now Sheryl using it.
