Hmm, I wouldn't say Igor, Ivan and Vladimir have the same reputation than Attila, because there some positive or neutral associations as well (eg Igor Stravinski). Attila's only Attila the Hun, and pretty much the villain of the fairy tale in Western history textbooks. I'm aware it does not have the same association everywhere, but I still find it funny when I encounter it (one of my relatives has a Hungarian SO named Attila).
