Meh, it's pretty much the last name of one of my childhood arch nemeses. :) But if I try to not think about that, it is a very knightly sounding name. So Gervase Arthur makes a logical and wonderful combo.

The fact that is it the surname of an arch-nemesis gives it even more of a brooding power I think. "Lord Gervase, the arch nemesis of Llewella" sounds like the basis to an awesome dragons-and-sorcerers fantasy novel.
I think I may just write said novel. I shall dedicate it to you and Pie.
