I looked on google and two sites say "beautiful snake".
Another said "Pleasing on the eye, usually has a couple of good points".

Space Cadet, please don't repeat that kind of made-up garbage here. We don't do personality traits or appearances on the facts board, as those things have nothing to do with etymology (or, in fact, with names at all).
