I think that's very pretty, mostly the meaning. It goes well with Noelle, too. It's not a huge deal to have to spell or pronounce it all the time since it's a real name. I'd only be annoyed to have to do that when you have a common name that's just spelled wrong!
Selah Juliet is gorgeous, and my favorite of those.
ETA: Apparently Selah is pronounced SEE-, not SAY-. I wouldn't recommend purposely pronouncing a name incorrectly.
