The Prompt
The two years after the Queen gave birth to her second child were marked by a great feeling of optimism and excitement. Changes were taking place, discoveries and adventures were happening, and there was a sense of wealth and prosperity (a la Renaissance or Roaring 20s.) But shortly after the new year after the eldest princess had turned four, terrible news reached the royal court. A great fire ravaged one of the largest border cities in the kingdom/empire (NOT the royal city), killing dozens and displacing hundreds. Your ruler immediately sent relief efforts and his own agents to try and discover how the fire had been started. There are rumors that it was intentionally set. There is speculation that it may have been caused by everyone from agents of an enemy kingdom to a corrupt official to simply a murderous local. Amidst the worry about this tragedy, the Queen discovers that she is pregnant again. This pregnancy progresses normally as the other two had, though there was not nearly as much excitement as there had been before. From her size everyone suspected twins, and toward the end of her pregnancy the physicians put her on semi-bed rest, hoping it would prevent premature labor. The Queen did carry the pregnancy to term and delivered boy/girl twins. The second born was perfectly healthy, but the first born (the one I listed first) was born with some serious health concern (your choice as to what). S/he pulled through, but the doctors warn that s/he may be weak all their life. How are the king and queen handling this? How is the kingdom reacting to this coming so quickly on the heels of such a great tragedy?
The FN of the second twin is your choice, but should have some special meaning to the king and queen. The FN of the first twin is related to their touch-and-go beginning (i.e something with religious, strength, or victorious connotations). Both must have at least two MNs, at least one of which should be related somehow (up to you how obvious you want to make this).

The city of Faysam was burnt! All of Solandra is in chaos over who had set the fire. The once remarkable city was now reduced to ashes, and only one-thirds of the city remained. Rumours abound as to who had set it, but very few answers were found.
Amidst the confusion, Ivette found herself pregnant - with twins! The matter quickly tore Dani's attention between the nation's chaos and his wife's pregnancy, and although his brother Vasco finally agreed to "watch over" Solandra discreetly, he warned Dani about leaving his responsibilities all too often at his feet.
When the twins were born, Solandra rejoiced at the arrival of another girl and a crown prince! The prince, Principe Rodrigo (but called Infante Lupito) was healthy and handsome, but the sister, Infanta Adriana, was hardly able to survive her first weeks. When she finally did pull through, the newborn princess' name was changed to Infanta Victoria Adriana Dolores, Victoria to signify her victory over a premature death, and Dolores over her mother's sorrows in watching her plight. She was no longer called Adriana, too, but Lolita - Infante Lupito and Infanta Lolita.

So, the general gist of Round Two (because I can't remember the exact wording and I can't remember what specifically I put in):
King James gave the Cascadrian people another holiday because of the birth of a healthy prince. This was against the advice of Lord William Haberry, but he did it anyway.
It is rumored in the Cascadrian court that Prince William is actually the natural son of Lord William Haberry, as everyone has seen the looks passing between beautiful Queen Agatha and the old-enough-to-be-her-father Lord Haberry. And the naming of the Crown Prince William seems to confirm everyone's suspicions. Before these rumors can reach the ears of the King, however, another scandal breaks out.
Prince Fyodor, Queen Agatha's elder brother and heir to the throne of Maresh, is suspected of murdering his favorite mistress on the eve before the announcement of his engagement to Princess Agnessa of Lirana. All the evidence points to him, but the case is dropped because King Fyodor of Maresh bribes the police to drop it. It is considered a certain death to speak of it in front of any of the Royals involved, King James and Queen Agatha included.

King Christian immediately sent relief efforts and his own agents to try and discover how the fire had been started. It was found that the fire had been intentionally set by a corrupt official in parliament, who was immediately arrested, trialled and jailed for life.
Amidst this tragedy, Queen Elisabeth discovered that she is pregnant again, and there was greater excitement than previously, as she was carrying twins.

In the mighty Kingdom of Lux.
The two years after the birth of Vilhelmina, the people of Lux were marked by a great feeling of optimism and excitement. But shortly after the new year after the eldest princess had turned four, terrible news reached the royal court. A great fire ravaged one of the largest border cities in the kingdom, killing dozens and displacing hundreds. King Christian immediately sent relief efforts and his own agents to try and discover how the fire had been started. It was found that the fire had been intentionally set by a corrupt official in parliament, who was immediately arrested, trialled and jailed for life.
Amidst this tragedy, Queen Elisabeth discovered that she is pregnant again, and there was greater excitement than previously, as she was carrying twins.

The Doctor's were able to get Furstin Viktoria to breathe though, (and what a scream she released when she was finally able!) filling the Königin and König with joy.

Everything was going perfectly fine! Lav's diplomatical skills made the kingdom of Ontolakis well known for their hospitality and honesty in the nearby countries. King Lav had also pardoned his sister's murder and just sent her to the Gulden Asylum in the beautiful town of Galdemir. The Gulden Asylum was known for its luxury and everyone was happy to see that King Lav had grown up to be such a mature and generous ruler.
But alas, just as the news of the queen's pregnancy was out, a major fire in Galdemir broke out. Many people died, and even more were hurt. Lav did everything he could to prevent further losses. Among the hundreds of lost people, there was one significant. No one could find Despina.. Not even her body. Rumor said that it was she, Despina, who had set the fire in attempt to escape from the asylum. King Lav refused to beleive it, but his mentor Emmanouil wasn't so sure. He knew that Despina would do anything to get to the throne, even if it meant hurting the kingdom.

Nearly the whole city were detroyed and a lot of people were killed and injured.
King Dominic did everything he could for his country. Most likely this fire were intentionally set by a group of terrorist from a country far away. The terrorist group wanted to show the world of much power they had.
