In the last three years, a lot of things have happened for the Norton's. Arya got a letter from her sister in India. It turned out her sister was very sick and could no longer take care of her two daughters. Since she didn't want to give up her children to the Indian orphaneges, she rather send them to live with Arya. Arya couldn't say no, and even though she's very sad her sister is sick, she was happy to welcome the two girls.
The girls' FNs should be Indian, but have an English nickname. Their MNs are Indian too.

Then Arya found out that she was pregnant again and it's a third son for the Nortons! His FN is a long, rare biblical name with a cute nickname, and his MN is Indian.
