Help[Opinions] the twins are here!!!! it's two boys!
That's right everyone! I'm officially a momma to my two beautiful baby BOYS! This Sunday, December 12, we welcomed to the world our little guys, Shia Leo at 11:47 p.m., and Finn Caelan at 11:59 p.m.! I was just one day shy of 37 weeks gestation which is pretty normal for twins. Everything went fairly smoothly and QUICKLY, I got to deliver them both naturally. We got to the hospital around 5:20ish pm. and delivered both before midnight! Shia weighed in at 4 lb. 15 oz. and was 17.75 inches long, Finn was 4 lb. 7 oz. and was 17.25 inches long. Since, both the boys have low birth weights, I've got some time to kill here in the hospital, so I decided I'd share the wonderful news with yall. Both have been eating really well so far (knock on wood) so hopefully we will get to take them home in no time! I'm dying to get settled in and enjoy the holidays with our new little additions! Thanks, everyone, for your help with the names and the support you've shown be over the past couple months!

Congratulations! So pleased that your babies are here and that everyone is healthy and happy. Sure sounds like a fast labor and delivery, that's awesome! All the best for a wonderful future with your TWO BOYS! :)

*sigh* I wish I believed your birth story, but I totally don't. Shia and Finn both sound very, uh, modern. I don't care for Shia because to me it is an Islamic denomination, popular as a name due to the fame of a young Hollywood actor, and it also sounds femmey to me. Finn sounds a little imagey for my taste too, sort of Hollywood-piratey. But hey, it's only my opinion. They're in use, and they're decent enough.

Thanks!! And I know, I was kind of hoping they would be on separate days that way they could each have their own birthday, but I guess I'll keep them anyway ;)
