Kesley and Kieran.
I knew Kesley's name, and I'd been waiting to find out her brother's name. Now I have as Kieran was ill today and in the room I now work in.
I really dislike their names :S

I love Kieran, but not as a twin to Kelsey. There are twins at my schol named Heath and Halea (pronounced like Hailey).

Kieran is nice. Poor Kesley. Everyone is going to spell and pronounce that "Kelsey" for the rest of her life.

I don't mind Kieran. It's not a name I'd choose, but it's okay. I really dislike Kesley though. It looks like a mispelling of Kelsey and just feels masculine to me on top of that.
