[Opinions] Teegan
Lately I'm a bit in love with the name Teegan for a boy... What do you think? Do you like it or not? What kind of boy does it make you think of?

I like Tegan (for a girl) better.

Apologies in advance...I think Teegan (and its various spellings) is a horrible name for either sex. I would not have a positive impression of a boy with this name.

You don't have to apologise, I asked for opinions, and I got them ;-)

I prefer the spelling Teagan, myself. I think it looks a bit more masculine. (and the pronunciation TAY-gan, but TEE-gan's not bad) I think it's a great name boy's name! I think of someone attractive and athletic, but intelligent, and a good listener. haha a little specific, but true! (I suppose it helps that I love the name Tadhg ;) ) Just because a couple of "famous" people who are girls have the name doesn't mean that it's not a boy's name! Kind of like Hayden. Boy's name. Some people have used it for girls, but it's still a boy's name. And it's not a popular enough name yet that it really matters that it's used for girls, too. Also, If you think it's really becoming to girlish, you could use Teague, which I definately don't think sounds like a girl's name! Who knows, maybe it'll fall into the Taylor and Jordan category where it's used interchangeably for both with no strangeness!

I'm sorry, I can't see it. I'm a big fan of the group Tegan and Sara, who are twin lesbians. So, it's definitely a girl name for me. Filled with super feminist girl power.

Not very good, as I tested the more legitmate Teagan against the "bland" Roger and the "fake construct from Dragon Age", Leliana. Well, the results were more favorible for Roger and Leliana, but it's up to you!

I never thought of it for a boy because I know a 5 year old girl with this name. but now that I think about it I love it even more on a boy then a girl. when i would think of Teegan i think of a preppy well kempt man.
