It has been four long years since Queen Hedwig gave a child to the kingdom of Bial. Inbetween Princess Hannelore and Anneliese there was a miscarriage of a prince who the family was going to name Wolfgang. Hedwig was extremely distrought after the miscarriage. She and Walter became distant after Wolfgang death. Hedwig was happy to have her sister's company as she now spent much more time at the palace. Hedwig very much loves her sister but has young Friedrich grows his resemblance to his father is evident. Hedwig enjoyed her time in France four years ago and though her talks with the young Adelheid she feels she has very much found a friend. Hedwig and Adelheid write each other frequently. Amongst the converstations Adelheid has comforted Hedwig about Walter and has assured her that if he did not love her she would know of it and rather then dwell on his dealings to find things to occupy her time. Hedwig has dedicated much of her time to the kingdom of Bial and has won much of their love and support. Hedwig was extremely nervous carrying Anneliese who she named for the Dowager Queen. The whole process of carrying Anneliese was painful and trying on Hedwig. The princess was born rather small though she was quite and extremly beautiful. Hedwig could not help but feel sorry for Hannelore knowing that her more beautiful younger sister will most likely overshadow her. Hedwig has accepted Walter's love for Eleonore is most glad that he is able to send the dreadful Heinrich away as much as he does. Heinrich has a terrible vice in drinking and constantly becomes considerably drunk with no disregard for those around him. He was tried to force himself upon women of the court, and sadly Eleonore has been victim to this before. Hedwig was caught by surprise one night when the drunken Heinrich tried to proposition her. "My wife's in bed with your husband, I guess I can take you for mine then" the drunkard breathed at her. Frightened Hedwig quickly ran and was able to reach a guard. When Walter was summoned the two had rather heated words confronting each other which later turned to fisticuffs. Walter continued to send Heinrich out on dirt work. The children are very close with their cousin's and spend alot of time with them. Hedwig is always happy for Eleonore's company as well.
Princess Anneliese named after Dowager Queen Elizabeth, Prince Joseph, Mathilda and Theodora both names picked by Hedwig and Wilhelmina after the past King Wilhelm.
