What are your thoughts on Ilyas? How do you pronounce it?

I like it! I always say EEL-yas, but that's probably not right...
How interesting. I've loved Ilya for years. I didn't know how close the Russian name was to the Arabic form. Thanks!
I prenoune Ilya as "EEL-ee-yuh" if I'm talking slowly, but closer to "EEL-yuh" at full speed. So Ilyas would be (for me), "EEL-yahs."
Names with more vowels sounds than consonants are so cool.

I've never seen Ilyas before. It's interesting. I kinda like it.
I have no idea what the correct pronunciation is, but I'd probably pronounce it: "EEL-yahs". That's probably wrong though. Haha.

It's nice. Unusual but not weird. I don't know how it's supposed to be pronounced, but I'd guess il-EYE-us.
