I think Mallory is the best spelling of the name and that yes, it does go with Karis and Shiloh. Karis, Shiloh and Mallory. That fits. :)
I'm not a fan of the name myself, but it wouldn't be bad on someone else's kid. And if you call a kid after a close family member, but it wasn't intended to honor them, that sounds slightly awkward to me. I think you should use Mallory. :)
