Ramona...but not Mona (I love Mona on its own, but I like Rona as a nn for Ramona)
Zacchaeus...but not Zach (Zach is grosser than gross)
Elenor(e)...but not Ellie (Lennie all the way!)

Carole...but not Carrie (just Carole, or maybe Caro sometimes)
