I love it, but I prefer it spelled Noah for a girl. Noah is also a biblical girls name.
Yeah, there might be some problems. Noah used to be my favorite girls name and people were always telling me how it was exclusively male (which it is not) and being really defensive and negative about it.
In Israel Noa, Noah is a really common girls name it was the number one baby name for girls for several years and I think it still is but I'm not sure. There they don't seem to use Noah for a boy at all only Noach which is what the guy with the ark was originally called but it was translated as Noah.
