Tolly is the ONLY nickname! Hey, I'd forgotten about it. It moves Bartholomew out of the "groan" category, into the "usable." I was thinking it'd have to be Bart or nothing (I actually saw a mention of "Mewmew" as a possible nickname. Barf?).
