[Opinions] Zucchini
No, I didn't meet anyone named zucchini! :-)I have a surname as my middle name and at one point I considered changing my name so that I had a more feminine middle name and my middle name became part of my surname. For Example:
originally Cara Smith Jones
changed to: Cara Bella Smith-JonesAnyway, I just loved, loved, loved the name Zuleika as a mn for myself, but my mother wouldn't budge, because she thought I wanted to name myself Cara Zucchini!
hahahahaha!!What do you all think of the name Zuleika?
Do you prefer the spelling Zuleika, Zulekha or Zulaykha?
What combos would you make with this name? Thanks!

I absolutely love Zuleika. I went through school and worked with a girl who was born in England and her name is Kelly Zuleika. Zuleika is my preferred spelling for aesthetics, but I don't dislike the others. I've always found it to be a difficult name to make combos with, so I will be curious to see what others come up with.

I like the spelling of Zuleika the best as well. And it is a difficult name o combo up... It looks like no one was up to the challenge! - or they just don't like the name enough to try.... ??? Who knows! My favorite combo for IRL usage of this name is Khalilah Zuleika.

Too busy to think of combos atm, but I think Cara Zuleika is lovely. If not quite as funny as Cara Zucchini.:)

Aw, thanks for saying it's lovely! I have since gotten older and considered changing my name many times, but when I should have really done it was when I got married. Now it would probably be too much paperwork and so on.. *sigh*Cara Zucchini is funny! My mom was so touchy about me adding a middle name, I think maybe she was offended. She would only consider allowing me to add Meghan, Elyse, Danica or Christine - which I would have never done because two of my brothers would have been Meghan Elyse and Danica Christine if they had been girls. It seemed like picking a name that already belonged to my siblings at some point.
