It reminds me of a very pretty, pleasant person who was also a leading sportswoman with national colours in squash and surfing! Unfortunately, it also reminds me of the late mother of someone I used to know, who was treated, post-mortem, as every kind of saint and angel combined. And, considering the major oddities of her husband and all three kids, I was sceptical ...
As a name, it puzzles me a bit, because I do like it but I can't stand Melinda and I can't figure out why.
