Truthfully, though this is one of those cultured Shakespeare names you're supposed to like, I can't stand it. I think it's awful sounding.
I've only heard it once, when I worked at a Montessori school, and it was on a girl about 5-- daughter of hyper-educated Anglophile professorial types (like most of the kids in that school). In the USA it's pretty rare & eccentric at the moment, but I see it getting more popular, though probably never insanely so.
