I've had this name on my list for a while now, but I've not once come across a real life use of it. Until today! I was reading the paper during lunch and there was a
Saturnina in the obits. She was born in the 1940s in Cuba. Seeing it in real life has renewed my love of it (though it's sad the woman passed away).
What's everyone's thoughts on it? Any combo ideas spring to mind? How do you think it would work irl / what sort of person do you see with this name? Is it one of those names that you think would be weird on people from certain countries or cultures (like would it be too weird for an American maybe)?
I'm thinking
Saturnina with the nickname
Nina would be lovely. Maybe something like:
Saturnina JacobaSaturnina StellaSaturnina AugustSaturnina BelenSaturnina ClaireSaturnina ElanorSaturnina EsmeSaturnina LeonieSaturnina Nell
I have a soft spot for the "girly" versions of ancient gods names.
Saturnina,
Artemisia,
Urania, etc
