Anton Blaise Delacroix was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to a gradeschool teacher and a preacher. By his 18th birthday, Anton earned enough to buy his parents a new house in Shreveport, as well as a vacation condo in Miami, and a villa in Jamaica.
Lacey Connors was born Laurabeth Caren Jamison in Santa Monica, California to an Academy Award winning mother -- Clara Jamison -- and her director husband, Marek. Lacey starred in a movie with her mother (in a role which won her mother a fourth Oscar)at the age of 6. She's been in several films since then (changing her name to Lacey Cecile Connors to avoid rumors that she could only make a living on her family's name), winning her first Academy Award at the age of 17. In the audience was Anton Delacroix, who turned to his friend -- actor Shea Adams -- and told him that he'd marry that girl.
When Lacey was 19, she starred in a movie with Shea Adams. Shea brought Anton to set one day, thinking that it was about time for him to meet Lacey. Lacey and Anton hit it off and began a highly publicized romance wherein the media refered to them as Lanton. He asked her to marry him on stage during the Academy Awards, when she won her second award for Best Supporting Actress. She accepted, and about a year later, they finally tied the knot.
For a few months, Lacey stayed away from making movies and traveled with Anton to Paris for a few photo shoots. Because she was away from the states for a few months, the press didn't know about Lacey's pregnancy until she was around 5 months along and quite clearly pregnant. But everyone seems overjoyed to hear about what most people believe will be the most beautiful baby alive.
