[Opinions] Interesting Facebook BA
A friend of a friend just had her first baby at 16 years old his name is:
Izaarn Tyson
I posted when she first got pregnant that she had chosen Jahzara for a girl and Tehzarn for a boy. When she found out he was a boy she combined the names somehow and made-up Jahkarn and she stuck with that for ages, she changed her mind only about a two weeks ago to Izaarn. I think I prefer Jahkarn but they are both awful! Tyson is okay but I believe it is after Mike Tyson who isn't exactly the best of role models.
Thoughts?

I'm curious if there were influences on the invented names Jahzara and Tehzarn, too.
Is Izaarn pronounced EYE-zarn like Isaac, or IZZ-arn, or ih-ZARN? I can't tell, but I guess I'd say ih-ZARN. I think it's okay.
I also think Jahzara is okay as inventions go. I think Tehzarn and Jahkarn are awful, though.

I think it is eye-zahn like Isaac. She was open about the fact that she was making the names up!
I suspect this will come off as snotnosed, which honestly isn't my intention at all, but I wonder if she might regret her name choice later on.
(I guess it reminds me a little of some of the "names" and creations I liked when I was a teenager, and I know I wouldn't be all too happy with many of them today...
Then again, I didn't have to a name an actual human being back then, so her situation is very different after all.)
Did she mention somewhere along the way where she found/how she came up with Jahzara and Tehzarn? Just curious.

They all sound like secret magic words. "Izaarn! Kazam!"
Yes!
That's exactly what they remind me of!

Wow. I'd really hate to be this kid, whether as Izaarn (sounds like lizard), Tehzam, or Jahkarn. Seriously, wow. Jahzara is pretty awful, too.

Fail.

The only name I could ever pronounce would be Tyson. Yuck, yuck, yuck on any first name she would have chosen.
Hmm. I don't mind Izaarn somehow. But what do you want to bet he'll be one of the only boys, along with lots of girls, who turn around when someone calls "Izzy!" on the playground?
Forget interesting, this is a nightmare to me!
