I could see Dora making a bit of a comeback. It fits with some of the other short oldish-feeling names, in my opinion. Like Nora, Ella, Ava, Alice. It's cute, I don't mind it a bit. Yes, I think of Dora the Explorer, but that's not the worst association. And Ruby seems to be on the rise despite Max and Ruby.

That's a good point about the oldish-feeling names. I think Dora the Explorer might have actually halped Dora to be seen as younger than names like Nora and Alice.
