[Opinions] Re: Dublin, Alphacentori & Early
I think Alpha Centauri is a star, but it's definitely spelled Centauri not centori, and it's not all one word. It's a bit ridiculous as a name, far too long and over the top - although I suppose you could use Alfie (or Alphi...) as a nickname.Generally I find astronomy names a bit ridiculous, because they're usually very unusual sounding or complex or just sound like words rather than names - I do like Sirius and Orion. Also, Betelgeuse as a GP female name which I'd never use.
Dublin isn't that surprising, since place names seem to be all the rage, although it's surprising on an adult male. For some reason Dublin sounds like it might be a girls name - place names tend to be used for girls more than boys (like Bristol, London or Brighton)Early is just rubbish. Again, it looks like a girly trend like other word names.
