Your eldest and his/her spouse have welcomed their second child--or children. Use this die-- http://www.bgfl.org/bgfl/custom/resources_ftp/client_ftp/ks1/maths/dice/twelve.htm --to roll three numbers. If the sum of the three numbers is even, you get a boy. If it is odd, you get a girl. Then subtract the second number from the first. If it is a negative number, you get twins--so you roll three more numbers and repeat the process as before with the addition (no subtraction this time). If it is positive, you get a singleton.
