Well, the only combo I like is Phineas and Sirius.

Here's my thoughts:

Alex and Xela = Alex is a guy's fn to me, and I don't like that Xela is Alex backwards

Narcissa and Lili-Rose = Narcissist? Too close for me. Lili-Rose is nice sounding and Lili is a nn for Elizabeth, but most people would think you were listing flowers.

Lafferty and Macaulay = Laffy Taffy? Macaulay Culkin? Don't like these.

I like Alex and Xela the best. I also think it could work for a boy and a girl twin (Alex as the boy, and Xela as the girl). I like Macaulay...but i dont care too much for Lafferty! I love it when twin's names sound alike, or are spelt alike. I know a pair of twins and their names are Austin and Dalton...i think that's cool too!

Alex & Xela - Alex for a girl is way too boyish for me (although I have to admit that I like Alix) but that's nothing compared to Xela, which is ridiculous. It also reminds me of Xena, the character from a crappy TV show
Phineas & Sirius - Phineas is a lovely name, and Sirius would be very nice, but everyone would think of the character from HP.
Narcissa & Lili-Rose - Narcissa is pretty, I like it. Lily Rose would be fine like this. Lili is used in Hungary, but in English-speaking countries it may seem trashy.
Lafferty & Macaulay - Lafferty is a mispronounced Rafferty to me, and Macaulay is Macaulay Culkin.
