[Opinions] Annabella
What do you think of it? Do you think it's too frilly? Which do you like best, Annabel, Annabelle or Annabella?

Annabella is lovely but a little frilly for me. I'd be more inclined to use Annabel.

A bit too frilly for me, I prefer Annabel.

I like it. I like them all about the same. At the moment I really like Annabelle as a middle name, but I think I like Annabel and Annabella better as first names. I love how you could call her Bella. But as the Bella trend has been overdone I'd probably not use any of them as first names.

I like it, it's a nice alternative to Isabella. I prefer Annabel myself, but still like Annabella alot

To me Annabella is one of those overly cutesy names although Annabelle sounds even more cutesy. I prefer Annabel since I hate the "bella" ending.

I much prefer Annabelle.

I greatly prefer Annabel - less frilly by far, and much closer to the original.I've been trying to love Annabel for years, but it hasn't really clicked with me. Same applies to Belinda, and I don't know why. They're both names that I, logically, should like but the best gear I can get into is neutral.

I think it is very frilly. I like frilly names but I don't like the look of this name. I'd prefer Anna Bella. Annabella just feels like two names have been stuck on to one another. I prefer Arabela / Arabella or Isabela or Isabel or Isobel. Even Anabella and Anabela are better. Isabella is just so common. I like the sound of it but it is too common. I grew up with Barbie's that I named Theresa, Vanessa, Olivia, Sylvia and Isabel. I grew up liking Isabel and Isabella. Isabel is too close to Isabella and Isabella is too popular. My favorite is Annabel. It feels the least like two names stuck together. Second place goes to Anna Bella. If you like Bella, I vote for Arabella or Mirabella. Mirabella also feels a bit stuck together but not as bad. If you like Anna I prefer Anneliese. If you love both Bella and Anna, then I vote for Anna Bella as a first name rather than Annabella. Anabella is also better than Annabella.

I had a horrid French teacher named Anabela but I try reeaaaallly hard not to let it influence me. Really, really hard. That being said, I have a special fondness for frilly names. So, yes, it is frilly, but I like it anyway. I prefer Annabelle or Annabella, although Annabella always looks a little wrong to me. I adore Annabelle though. It's so cute and pretty and I love the (boring?) name Anna.
