Although they are not directly related to Amy, I have seen Amias / Amyas used as if they were masculine forms of Amy. How much etymological accuracy were you after?

I was just wondering. I have a friend called Amy and I've personally never heard the masculine of "amy" so I just wanted to know. thanks!!
