[Opinions] Clive
Clive sounds extremely British to me, as I'm sure it does most people on this side of the Atlantic. Lately, though, it's started to take on a vaguely cowboy-ish feel in addition - to me, anyway. Does anyone else get the cowboy vibe from it, or is it just me? It's quite possible that I've just been looking at it for too long.

Oh, yes! I get the cowboy-vibe!
I haven't actually thought of the name being particularly British - not before the actor Clove Owen became so famous.

I've always secretly really liked Clive. It sounds very dashing and British to me! :)
Yeah I can definitely see that. I've always been surprised that it's never made the U.S. top 100. I like the name a lot.
Well, it's my son's name... Or will be when he's born, anyway. Let's hope it stays this way. =)
