Heh. When I first glanced at that name it looked like a 'shipping' name, like "Dramione" for Draco x Hermione- Tegwen x Edward or something. Anyway...
That is definitely a cool meaning! I like those combos, probably Tegwared Hefin is my favorite. I could see it with a few non-Welsh things- Tegwared Christopher, maybe? Other combos I'd like would be Tegwared Arthur, Tegwared Padraig, Tegwared Odhran, Tegwared Cefin maybe...

Maybe looking like a mash-up of names is where it gets some of its charm? Oh, I like Tegwared Christopher a lot!
