I wouldn't put both in the same sibset...
Alessandra is nicer than Arabella
Alessandra Isabelle Rose would work more nicely than Isabella in the particular combo. Scarlett and Jade are both nice, but I'm not sure I'd put them right after each other like that... Scarlett Amaryllis Jade might be nice though.

I definitely prefer Arabella out of the two. I'd prefer the combo Arabella Scarlett Rose actually. I also like:
Arabella Phoebe Jade
Arabella Katherine Violet
Arabella Jane Elizabeth
Arabella Miriam Lucy
Arabella Ruby Mae
Arabella Sophie Hazel
Arabella Zoe Pearl
Arabella Tess Rhiannon
Arabella Faye Celeste

Alessandra is such a pretty name. I like it, and I like how it provides an alternative to Alexandra that's just as attractive without sharing all the same nicknames. Alessandra Isabella Rose, on the other hand, is just too much...overwrought and choking on frill. As far as names go, this one has been dipped in pink paint and sprinkled with glitter. Dial it back, and you could have a really nice combo. Alessandra Isabel, Alessandra Belle, Alessandra Rosalie, or Alessandra Rosemary Belle, perhaps?
I don't like Arabella at all, I'm afraid, and I don't think Scarlett and Jade should ever be used together in the same combo. Not only are they two different colors, the potentially insulting meaning of jade makes me think "scarlet woman" when I see them side by side.

I really like Alessandra. Alessandra Isabella Rose is a bit too much though, how about Alessandra Isabel / Isabelle or Alessandra Rose?
I'm not a fan of Arabella. Arabella Scarlett or Arabella Jade would be better than two word middle names IMO.

I like Arabella a lot more so I would go with Arabella Scarlett Jade. My only suggestion is you might not want to have two word names as middle names. It seems like too much.
I really like Alessandra, it's such a beautiful alternative to Alexandra. Pairing Alessandra (which lets face it is an ultimate frilly name) with Isabella (another frilly name) is too much for me though. I'd de-frill it slightly
I'm not an Arabella fan (I used to be and can understand why others like it), I love Scarlett though I prefer Scarlet but two colours together also doesn't sit right with me.
I'd love to see Alessandra Scarlett (though not paired with Rose, too cliche)
Arabella Jade sounds good together too or Arabella Isobel Jade - Strangely a Bella and Bel name together doesn't bother me

Thoughts and Suggestions
They are both overly-ornate, for my personal taste-- as well as a bit generic and predictable (especially Arabella) at the current time.
Regardless, I admit to previously being an Arabella fan many years ago. As a person with an interest in aeronautics and aerospace, the childhood me thought that the beginning "Ara-" resembled aero, and thus supported my fixation.
However, I suppose that, if I had to choose, I would go with Alessandra.
Alessandra Berenice
Alessandra Brunella
Alessandra Cornelia
Alessandra Clarette
Alessandra Edvige
Alessandra Ernestine
Alessandra Fortunata
Alessandra Georgette
Alessandra Giachetta
Alessandra Lenore
Alessandra Loredana
Alessandra Lucienne
Alessandra Lucille
Alessandra Penelope
Alessandra Salvatrice
Alessandra Selene
Alessandra Silvestra

Alessandra is okay, but I prefer Alexandra. Alessandra Isabella Rose is too much. Very fairy-tale/fantasy and a mouthful of syllables.
I don't like Arabella at all, it sounds pretentious and like a disease at the same time. I can't picture a real person named Arabella. Scarlett Jade as a middle name combo is cheesy, like you're trying to work in too many word names and coming up with something that doesn't even make sense: How can Jade be Scarlett, a person might wonder. Scarlett Jade sounds like a stripper or a weird comic book seductress.

Arabella I LOVE that name. I'd leave out Scarlett, though. Blech. Arabella Jade is lovely.
Alessandra I hate.
