This is a Create a Family, or CAF. In this game, you create the families living in a neighborhood from the name choices given.

D generally stands for dear, so DH is Dear Husband, DW is Dear Wife, Dgf is Dear Girlfriend, Dbf is Dear Boyfriend, Df is Dear Fiance/Fiancee, DS is Dear Son, DD is Dear Daughter.

So in this case you would look at the first family:
DH: Michael, William, Zachary, Benjamin, James, Timothy, Noah, Oliver
DW: Sarah, Ava, Adrienne, Gabrielle, Olivia, Melanie, Elizabeth
DS: Mark, Jack, Nathaniel, Andrew, Henry, Alexander, Matthew
DD: Eva, Michelle, Charlotte, Corinne, Stephanie, Grace, Sophie

and choose the names in the order you want them to make up the family, so I might choose:
DH: William Oliver "Will"
DW: Sarah Elizabeth "Sadie"
DS: Mark Nathaniel
DD: Sophie Corinne
