I've been mulling Ivan over recently, but Ivor is even better, I think. I'm pronouncing with a long "i", not sure if you are. Ivor Emrys, Ivor Patrick and Ivor Thomas are my favorites from your list. Maybe Ivor Anthony, Ivor Kenneth? I seem to want some soft sounds next to Ivor. I'll have to let this one simmer.

I go between long I at the beginning and long E at the beginning. Not sure which I prefer, I guess it would depend on the combo/context.
