Gable and Wellesley are terrible for either sex, to me. I'm not a big fan of Wesley on a boy, but it's heaps better than Wellesley on a girl (or boy for that matter). And yes, I'm aware of the girl's college and how that might make it meaningful on a dd. But it's still not my style.
