I've met Johannas that go by Jo-Hannah and ones that go by Jo-Anna so it's kind of one of those names I wait until it's pronounced before I say it. Personally I like the sound Jo-Hanna more but I don't really like the spelling Johannah much, looks too much for a name like that. I would just go with Johanna, looks neater I guess.
