Not at all. I don't know why Johanna would be pronounced like Joanna either. I've never actually heard it said that way except in Sweeney Todd. I'd except more people to misprnounce it as yo-HAHN-a if anything. I had a good friend all through school named Johanna, prn. Jo + Hanna. I've gone back and forth on whether I prefer Johanna(h) or Joanna. I like them both a lot, so it just depends on the day!
