Do you like Liesel or Liesl better? (Is there a significant difference?)

And what do you think about the name? Besides that it rhymes with weasel... ;)

I much prefer Liesel, because to me it looks more complete. I don't mind the name, it's quite cute. I actually know a little girl with the name.

I don't pronounce them differently, but I prefer Liesl. It looks less like diesel.

Liesl is one of my favorite Elisabeth nicknames, but I wouldn't consider it on its own.

Definitely Liesl. The extra e is unnecessary and looks strange and unnatural. I happen to like the name when it's spelled the way it should be.

Liesel I believe is easier to pronounce when looked at, but up until now, I was only familiar with the Liesl spelling, which is cool looking.

I don't think there's much difference between the two other than Liesl looks like it's missing a letter.

I don't like the name at all. The sound is just ugly, and does sound like weasel, or lethal.

I like Lisa much better.
